Graduation Cupcakes

These are the cupcakes I made for my graduation from grad school.

I cut the tops off of chocolate cupcakes and discarded (who's kidding who, I made little sandwiches out of the tops and frosting and ate them!). I turned the cupcakes upside down and frosted them with chocolate frosting. I added a chocolate covered graham cracker (store bought) to the top and a secured a piece of pull apart licorice with a dab of frosting. Voila! Mini graduation caps!
