I used a white cake mix and added a lime flavored Kool-Aid packet. After the cupcakes cooled, I frosted them with light green frosting and rolled them on their sides in green sugar. It took me a while to find lime slices, but I was able to find them at Mr. Bulky's at Ward Parkway Mall. They come pretty big, so I cut them in half. Margarita Cupcakes
Fiesta anyone? The first time I made these cupcakes was for my friend, Jill's birthday. The second time I made them was for our Cinco de May celebration at Bunco.
